PROCESS

A clean process for complicated work.

The exact scope changes by project. The operating principle does not: preserve the source material, organize the facts, document the work, and make the next step obvious.

01

Tell us what happened

Describe the issue in ordinary language. Include any hard deadline, upcoming court date, meeting, or decision point you already know about.

02

Scope the work

We identify what AM Exec can handle, what records are needed, what needs to stay untouched as source evidence, and what may require a licensed attorney instead.

03

Organize the record

Documents, messages, dates, amounts, photographs, and notes are separated into a working structure so the material can be reviewed without re-solving the same chaos every time.

04

Research & prepare

The agreed research, chronology, document preparation, indexing, correspondence, packet assembly, or administrative work is completed with source traceability in mind.

05

Review & deliver

You receive the work product, unresolved questions, missing-record notes, and a clear handoff for your own use or for licensed counsel where appropriate.

READY?

Bring what you have.

Perfectly organized files are not an admission requirement. That would rather defeat the point.
